Maksymilian Slaweta is a footballer from Poland, having played at multiple levels throughout his career. He began his football journey with MUKS CWZS Bydgoszcz (U6-U19) in Poland, before advancing to men’s football with FC Blau Weiß Friesdorf in Germany and later playing college soccer with the Medicine Hat Rattlers.

In the 2022/23 season, Maksymilian was recognized as Rookie of the Year, showcasing his talent and adaptability in the college soccer scene. Now, he joins the FC Köln Bundesliga Talent Squad in Germany, where he aims to continue his development both as a player and as a person.

He chose the German Soccer Academy System because he saw it as a valuable opportunity for growth. Maksymilian is eager to embrace the German football culture, noting the country’s reputation for discipline, punctuality, and high standards in how things are done.

His ultimate goal is to play professional football, and he is inspired by Iker Casillas, who Maksymilian considers to have been the best goalkeeper in the world during his formative years.

Off the field, Maksymilian enjoys pasta and is passionate about mountain biking in his free time.

Welcome to the team, Maksymilian!
