Bronson Sammut, a Defender/Midfielder from New Zealand, has played for various clubs before coming to Germany, including Waitakere City FC, Birkenhead United FC, Liston College, and Takapuna FC. He was the School 1st XI Captain and won the Golden Boot in his last school year. Additionally, he is a two-time U-17 Nationals Winner and a U-17 League Winner.
Bronson’s move to the FC Köln Bundesliga Talent Squad in Germany was influenced by his familial connection – his father was born in Germany – and his belief in the superior opportunities presented by German football, especially compared to New Zealand’s limited professional scene. He admires the strong morals of the German people.
Off the field, Bronson is not just about football, he has a love for all sports!
Manchester United is Bronson’s favorite club, and his football idol is Cristiano Ronaldo. His favorite foods are pizza and sushi!
Welcome to the team, Bronson! We’re excited to see you pursue your dream of making a career out of football!
